Chute Type CCD Color Sorter With High Production Capacity
CCD color sorter is a kind of machine that can identify the discolored impurities by the optical technology so as to purify the agro product such as rice, corns, beans, nuts, seeds, dried food and so on.
The working principle is the raw material fall from the viberatory feeder, down along the V-shape pass on the chute and be scanned by the optical system when pass through the identification area equiped with camera and light source, then the image/optical charactoristics will be transfered to the CCD sensor for analysis, which will finally drive the ejector to blow out the discolored impurities according to the setting paramerter.
