Structure principle of corn color sorter
The raw material enters the top hopper, slides down the channel by the vibration of the vibrator device, and then accelerates to fall into the observation area of the sorting chamber, passing through the space of the sensor and the background plate. Under the action of the light source, the light intensity and color will change, according to which the system generates an output signal, drives the solenoid valve to work, blows the discolored particles into the waste cavity of the hopper, and blows out the good materials. Continue to fall into the finished product cavity of the hopper, so as to achieve the purpose of grading.
